– 5-6 stalks of organic celery

– ½ cup water


  • Wash celery stalks and place in blender with water until broken down into liquid (you can add a little extra water here if needed but try not to dilute the mix too much).
  • Place muslin cloth or nut milk bag over container and pour out blended mixture before straining. Consume straight away. 

* NOTE: pulp of celery doesn’t have to be thrown away! Think about using it in other dishes such as burger patties, falafel mix or pasta sauce as an added source of fiber!
