– ¼ cup oats
– ½ cup pecans
– ½ cup almonds
– ¼ cup macadamias
– ½ cup coconut flakes
– 10 pitted medjool dates
– pinch of cinnamon
– 1 tbsp hemp seeds
– 1 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
- Finely chop oats, pecans, almonds, macadamias and coconut flakes and place in a mixing bowl with cinnamon, hemp seeds and coconut sugar.
- Finely chop medjool dates and place the mixing bowl with other ingredients, use clean hands to combine.
- Store in fridge in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
