– 1 cup water or coconut water
– 1 cup orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed, or 1 whole peeled orange for extra fibre)
– 1 frozen or fresh banana
– 1 handful of fresh leafy greens (i.e. spinach or kale)
– 3 tbsp hemp seeds (can also sub with linseed or chia seeds)

Optional (but highly recommended) 1 serve of favourite greens powder
